The maximum aggregate liability of the Company, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for Services in the preceding three (3) months, if applicable.

9.2

Users may terminate their use by discontinuing access and, where applicable, canceling subscriptions.


10. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

10.1

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

10.2

Parties shall attempt to resolve disputes amicably through good-faith discussions.

10.3

If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in India.


11. COMMUNICATION & CONSENT

By using the Platform, you consent to receive communications from the Company via email, SMS, phone calls, or other electronic means for service-related, operational, or promotional purposes. You may opt out of promotional communications where applicable.
